Yes. Put their address in at checkout and their anniversary in the cart as your preferred delivery date. Each order goes to one address, so for two homes, place two orders.

Ready items are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Personalised items show their making time on the product page. After dispatch, delivery takes 4 working days to metro cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, and 7 working days to the rest of India. The North East states, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep can take up to 10. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Items marked Personalised can. Enter the details on the product page before you add it to the cart. They take longer to make, and the product page says how long. Personalised items can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, wrong or late.

One thing you remember is enough. A small, true detail says more than a long wish. Sign it from both of you if you like. Type it in the cart, up to 250 characters. We print it on a card exactly as you type it, so check the spelling of names. It is printed, not handwritten.

Tick "This is a gift. Leave prices out of the parcel." in the cart. Our packing slip and your card then show no price, and the tax invoice comes to you by email. A copy of the invoice may travel in a sealed pouch on the outside of the carton, never inside the gift box. Some products come in the maker's own pack, which may show a printed price.

Shipping is ₹99 per order, and free when the products in your order come to ₹1,499 or more. Every order is prepaid online through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.

You or the recipient can tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing. Send photos or an unboxing video, then choose a replacement or a full refund. If an order arrives later than the delivery time in our shipping policy, you can return it for a full refund, unless the delay was caused by floods, strikes or similar events, or by a wrong address or phone number you gave.
