Sending them to someone else's function?
If the gifts go straight to the host, write them a note in the cart, up to 250 characters. We print it on a card exactly as you type it, and it goes in the parcel. Clay diyas and other GST-exempt items go without a card. Tick "This is a gift" and our packing slip and your card show no price.

Allow up to 2 working days to dispatch. Then 4 working days to a metro city, 7 elsewhere, and up to 10 to the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands.

How many can I order?
Set the quantity on the product page. For 25 pieces or more, send the number, the date of the function and the delivery address through our quote form, and we'll reply with a quote.
When should I order for a function?
Ready items leave Bengaluru within 2 working days of payment. Delivery then takes 4 working days to metro cities, 7 to the rest of India, and up to 10 to the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands. Put the date of the function in the cart as your preferred delivery date and we plan dispatch around it. If we cannot meet it, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Are the prices per piece?
Yes. Each price is for what the product page describes, one piece or one set, and includes GST.
How big are they?
Every product page gives the material and size, and says "about" where a size is approximate. Check it before you order forty.
Can you send them straight to the venue or the host?
Yes. Each order goes to one address, which can be the venue or the host's home. Add a note in the cart and we print it on a card for them. Tick "This is a gift" and our packing slip and your card show no price.
What does shipping cost?
₹99 per order, and free when the products in your order come to ₹1,499 or more.
How do I pay?
Every order is prepaid online through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery, and nothing is collected at the door.
What if some pieces arrive broken?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video that show the outer box, the packing and the damage. Once we have checked them, you choose a replacement or a full refund for the damaged pieces. Read the returns and refunds policy.
