What is the last date for Diwali orders?
Diwali is on Sunday 8 November 2026. Confirm your quote and pay by Friday 16 October 2026. We work back from Diwali to allow for branding, packing and delivery to every address on your list.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. You get a GST invoice with your company name and GSTIN, or a bill of supply for GST-exempt items such as clay diyas. Put the company name and GSTIN in the form, and check them before you confirm the quote.
Can you deliver to each person's home?
Yes. Send us the list of recipients with their addresses and we ship each parcel. Or we deliver everything to one office. The addresses are agreed in the quote.
Can you put our logo on the gifts?
On selected items. Look for the Logo option label on this page. We send you a proof to approve before anything is printed, and the making time shows on the product page.
Can each person get a different note?
Yes. Send one note for everyone, or one for each person with your list. We print it on the cards exactly as you give it to us, signed with the names you choose. It is printed, not handwritten.
How do we pay?
First-time clients pay 50% in advance and the balance before dispatch, by Razorpay payment link or bank transfer. The quote says if logo items need full payment before we make them. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Can we buy a few gifts through the cart instead?
Yes. Small orders go through the cart like any other order, one address per order. For a list of people or a logo, ask for a quote.
What if a gift arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video, and choose a replacement or a full refund. Company orders follow the quote you sign with us plus our returns and refunds policy. Branded items made to an approved proof can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, different from the proof, or late.
