When should I order for Diwali?
Diwali is on Sunday 8 November 2026. To reach most addresses before Diwali, order by Tuesday 27 October. For personalised items, also allow the making time shown on the product page. Orders placed after Tuesday 27 October may arrive after Diwali.
What is the last date for company orders?
Confirm your quote and pay by Friday 16 October 2026. We work back from Diwali to allow for branding, packing and delivery to every address on your list. Ask for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Ready items are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Personalised items show their making time on the product page. After dispatch, delivery takes 4 working days to metro cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, and 7 working days to the rest of India. The North East states, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep can take up to 10. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Read the shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
₹99 per order, and free when the products in your order come to ₹1,499 or more. Each order goes to one address, so to send gifts to several people, place one order for each address or ask us for a corporate quote.
Can I choose the delivery date?
You can enter a preferred delivery date in the cart, and we plan dispatch so the parcel should arrive by then. We cannot promise an exact day, and it may arrive a little early. If we see that we cannot meet your date, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
How do I pay?
Every order is prepaid online through Razorpay at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery, and nothing is collected at the door.
How does the note work?

Do you send sweets or dry fruit?
No. We do not sell food at present, so our gifts and hampers have no sweets, dry fruit or snacks.
Can we get a GST invoice for a company order?
Yes. You get a GST invoice with your company name and GSTIN, or a bill of supply for GST-exempt items such as clay diyas. Quotes are in rupees with GST and stay valid for 7 days. First-time clients pay 50% in advance and the balance before dispatch, by Razorpay payment link or bank transfer. The quote says if logo items need full payment before we make them. What if a gift arrives damaged or late?
You or the recipient can tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing. Send photos or an unboxing video, then choose a replacement or a full refund. If an order arrives later than the delivery time in our shipping policy, you can return it for a full refund, unless the delay was caused by floods, strikes or similar events, or by a wrong address or phone number you gave. Read the returns and refunds policy, including change-of-mind returns.
