How early should I order?
Ready gifts leave Bengaluru within 2 working days of payment. Delivery then takes 4 working days to metro cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, 7 to the rest of India, and up to 10 to the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands. So for a metro city, order at least 6 working days before the birthday. Personalised items take longer, and the product page says how long. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Read the shipping policy.
Can it arrive on the birthday itself?
Enter a preferred delivery date in the cart, and we plan dispatch so the parcel should arrive by then. We cannot promise an exact day, and it may arrive a little early. If we see that we cannot meet your date, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Do you deliver on the same day, or at midnight?
No. We do not offer same-day or midnight delivery. Every gift is packed in Bengaluru and sent by courier, so plan a few days ahead.
How does the note work?
Type it in the cart, up to 250 characters. We print it on a card exactly as you type it, so check the spelling of names. It is printed, not handwritten, and the card goes inside the gift box.
Will they see what it cost?
Tick "This is a gift. Leave prices out of the parcel." in the cart. Our packing slip and your card then show no price, and the tax invoice comes to you by email. A copy of the invoice may travel in a sealed pouch on the outside of the carton, never inside the gift box. Some products come in the maker's own pack, which may show a printed price.
Will it stay a surprise?
The courier needs the recipient's phone number and may call or send an SMS about the delivery, so they may find out that a parcel is on its way. What is inside, and your note, stay in the box until they open it.
What does shipping cost, and how do I pay?
Shipping is ₹99 per order, and free when the products in your order come to ₹1,499 or more. Every order is prepaid online through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or late?
You or the recipient can tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing. Send photos or an unboxing video, then choose a replacement or a full refund. If an order arrives later than the delivery time in our shipping policy, you can return it for a full refund, unless the delay was caused by floods, strikes or similar events, or by a wrong address or phone number you gave. Read the returns and refunds policy.
